Vanilla-Infused Lip Balm Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 1 drops of Stevia

  1. Prepare Vanilla-Infused Oil:
    • Split and scrape 1-2 vanilla beans to release the seeds.
    • Combine the beans and seeds with your carrier oil (e.g., almond, coconut, or jojoba oil) in a heat-safe jar.
    • Warm the jar in a double boiler or water bath on low heat for 1-2 hours. Stir occasionally.
    • Strain the oil using a fine mesh or cheesecloth to remove vanilla solids.
  2. Melt the Base Ingredients:
    • In a double boiler, melt 2 tablespoons of beeswax pellets or vegan wax alternative.
    • o Add 8 grams of coconut oil, 5 grams of shea butter or cocoa butter for added hydration, and 5 grams of infused jojoba oil. Stir until fully blended.
  3. Add Essential Oils (Optional):
    • Once removed from heat, if desired, add 2-3 drops of complementary essential oil (e.g. lavender, orange, or peppermint).
    • Stir gently to incorporate.
  4. Pour and Set:
    • Pour the mixture into small tins or lip balm tubes.
    • Allow them to cool and harden completely (about 1-2 hours) at room temperature or in the fridge.
  5. Label and Store:
    • Store in a cool, dry place to keep them fresh.
